Good News is Coming

As the Christmas season draws near, we’re all looking for fresh ways to pause, reflect, and celebrate the story at the heart of it all.

This year, we’re thrilled to introduce Good News is Coming, a brand-new seasonal resource created to help individuals, families, and churches reconnect with the wonder of Christmas in a meaningful and visually captivating way.

This concertina-style resource unfolds into six connected panels, each one designed to work as both stand-alone cards or part of a series. With perforations along each page, the resource can be separated into six thought-provoking cards, each one highlighting a key moment in the Christmas story, or the pages can be kept together as a single resource – so you can choose how best to use it in your context.

From the promise of the angel to Mary, to the scene of the Nativity; from the wonder of the shepherds, to the worship from the wise men; from the escape to Egypt, to the words of Simeon, this resource encapsulates the joy, awe, and hope of the Christmas story.

Wonder:
An angel of the Lord appeared to the shepherds, and the glory of the Lord shone around them,
"Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you."
Luke 2:10

Wherever it goes, Good News is Coming carries a message that resonates across ages and backgrounds: that the arrival of Jesus is still good news for us all.

Good News is Coming is ideal personal reflection, family use, church outreach, or gifting, and is a beautiful way to share the message of Christmas with your community.

More Christmas resources

Christmas is the  story of the birth of Jesus, and it is also the story of the outsiders, the  broken, the weary, the scared, the grieving. It’s the story of light in the  darkness and hope in despair.

It's a story for the whole world, and it's a  story we want to help you share. OUTSIDE/IN,  Meet the Cast,  The True Light and A Story for the Whole World each  offer a variety of ways to welcome people into the Christmas story.

Bring life with us this Christmas

This Christmas, we need your support as we continue to equip and empower people to bring life in their communities.

“Christmas is one of those times where people feel a myriad of emotions. Lifewords material helps to call us back to the reason why we stop, celebrate, and remember this special moment.”
Melissa, Mental Health Chaplain

Earlier this year, we launched a new campaign: Lifebringers - a fresh way of collaborating, resourcing, and sharing the Bible through real lives, real contexts, and a shared hope.

We’ve been inspired by stories of lives changed, and hope reaching prisoners, hospital patients, and communities. But there is still so much more to do

Help us to bring life this Christmas.
