For the next few months VerseFirst are mixing things up with the arrival of Live it Out Loud – a campaign that is all about exploring, experiencing and living out the Bible.
Live it Out Loud is VerseFirst’s response to the struggles young people report when reading the Bible – presenting them with fresh ways to engage with the text and giving starting points to seek authentic ways of living faith out.
The social media campaign will be divided into three parts which focus on different areas of our lives. The first of which, Open Hands, kicks off from 21st May. Centred around themes of generosity, justice and acts of service, the 8-week series will take a look at what the Bible says about living with open hands, and will explore a huge selection of Bible verses that demonstrate how important caring for each other is to God.
What else is new?
Live it Out Loud will bring a new, distinctive style of artwork to the VerseFirst feed. Specially designed by Something More – a design agency with a passion to bring the message of Jesus to the forefront of mainstream media – the feed will reimagine itself in a creative puzzle format. As well as a mix of character building Bible verses, there will be contributions from guest writers, a new phone wallpaper download every week and fresh ideas for practices and actions to challenge people’s perceptions and kick-start their journey with the Bible.
